Ended my 111hours + water fast. Down 3.3k ~ 7.27lbs Feeling and felt great along the fast, a lot of electrolytes and minerals concentrated water intake, last 24 hours I chewed a tsp of raw grass fed butter with salt and added another tsp to my coffee for some extra fat energy to help with a long work day.

Now we eat light, no carbs, no fruits then we hit a little work out tomorrow and some basketball drills. Hopefully by Tuesday we get back to my healthy rhythm between lifting, boxing and basketball while eating clean and keeping myself on a calorie deficit. Allowing myself for one balanced cheat day. 1 month
