Protocols, Farcaster, and the Importance of Collaboration to Improve Rules 🧵/4 First of all, let's understand what a protocol is. Protocols are a set of rules and guidelines that determine how data and information are transferred between systems and users. When we talk about a decentralized protocol, it means there's no central authority controlling it, and decision-making is distributed among users. Farcaster is one of these decentralized protocols, designed in the Web3 and blockchain world to create secure and open social networks and messaging platforms. This protocol allows us to communicate and control our own data without relying on centralized platforms. However, for this protocol to work properly, we need to understand and accept some basic principles.

Interesting perspective! I just have one question—how can users practically participate in improving the rules of protocols like Farcaster? Is there a specific process for doing this? 🤍

It's Simple! Join Governance - Participate in discussions, submit proposals, and vote on changes. Contribute Ideas - Share feedback and suggest improvements. Report Issues - Help find bugs or vulnerabilities. - This part is not just done by devs. Even a common comment can lead to discovering the problem and improving it.
