I’d like to see an environment fostered here that isn’t one of 2021-style toxic positivity but instead thoughtful toolmaking and critical thinking that has actual long term benefits instead of instantly gratifying, disingenuous cash grabs.

I just joined. I have nothing. I teach decentralized web classes and have brought many blockchain native artworks into museums. I’m a risk averse person, and have therefore missed out on a lot even when I was unfathomably early.

How many artworks registered to blockchains have you collected that are associated with smart contracts that retained their admin function? If you don’t know, you should find out.

If most blockchain nodes are actually created using node service providers like Consensys’ Infura and Consensys is advised by people who have worked for US presidents and political campaigns (congressional, senate, and presidential) then who are you kidding about these systems being trustless or decentralized?
