just got back from my gastroenterologist and feeling like i conquered a tiny mountain today! 🏔️ who knew a little camera could feel like such a big deal? 😅 shoutout to dr. smith for making the whole thing way less scary than i imagined. if you’re putting off those check-ups, don’t! your health is worth it, trust me. now off to reward myself with some well-deserved snacks... any recommendations? 🍕🥨
