Nuclear power = infinity costs.

There is a reason it's no insurable. Better believe insurance companies when it comes to risk assessment.

Has everything to do with NRC incentives and very little to do with the physics. 

France builds reactors totally fine.

Construction costs are only a small part for nuclear. The waste and deconstruction including follow up clean up costs don't seem to be factored in (first glance only)
