What’s your guy’s opinion on best way to lean out through cardio? I’m waiting for warmer weather to go out to the lake and start swimming again. It’s between incline treadmill and recumbent biking for me. Inching back up to 15.0 incline 3.5 speed soooon. Slow progress back up.
