I listened in on the Twitter space and I have a little suggestion for the Degenivasory Hangout, I think you should try and make it easy for people to get their Visa approved by helping out with invites that can be presented at the embassy. It is not easy to get a visa in countries like Nigeria and some other African countries.

Jupiter is doing the same for their Catstanbul event this January, and they are also giving out travel grants up to $2000 to people that might need it, it will be given to them after the event.
