It’s not whiskey on the rocks but coffee 😉 This morning I visited a specialty coffee cafe and tried a cup of this lightly roasted beans from Peru. Interesting experience, they explained a lot about how the flavours of coffee would change when it’s hot, warm or cold. I loved the flavours over ice the most :)

Was the coffee over ice cold pressed or filtered?

it was a pour over served hot first, and the last bits were over ice to taste the diff flavour profile of the coffee when it’s cold haha
