haha no worries, i just think its a really important topic, we gotta protect our inner piece sometimes a little more

We seriously do and my imagination is great but it feels selfish to eject when I know others cant 😭 so I try to not look away and be present when possible, even if it is scary

I appreciate your responses always! And you are right, if we totally lose ourselves then there is no way to effectively help others

you wont do anything good for this world if you will destroy yourself, but your actual being, well being, gonna be way more um... useful, helpful, actually present for anyone you'd like
