Who here has tinnitus? I have a constant ringing in my ears (usually worse at night) that’s roughly in the 14khz range. No cure, nothing I’ve found to help that much with symptoms either. Only way to live with it is to learn to accept it. https://www.szynalski.com/tone-generator/

I get it very intermittently — it almost feels like the ears are transmitting out and reflecting back into ears. If I put my hands over my ears loosely (cupped vs flush) it gets much louder. Sort of like feedback.

I’m surprised that other than this, my hearing is basically very good, despite lots of shooting, stuff blowing up, loud vehicles, music, etc. I am pretty good about using effective hearing protection as much as possible, and my people were low profile vs high round count.
