Making power badge more permissive, increases spam. Makes everyone unhappy (except the spammers)

Right now it’s tough out there if you don’t a badge. 

The solution to the problem below isn’t an easy fix.

If you want to break free from the non badge matrix, find power users that are willing to give you some love for the sake of growing the platform.

Seek and you shall find.

It is a tricky problem, though mostly only cuz of the blockchain side of things, but... I started thinking today there might be better angles to approach the situation from when someone asked me how I'd fix it-
