could the rate of a stream change dynamically based on other onchain state?

for example, could the rate of a stream be configured to reduce to ~0 if the recipient no longer met some sort of criterion (like not holding a given NFT)?

It's on the roadmap 👀 We're working on the rate adjustment. The triggers (custom criterion) will probably live one layer above though.

Is there maybe another protocol out there capable of reacting like this, with a sablier rate-adjustment becoming a consequence/callback?
