it’s appalling how hard it is to replace a transaction. I’ve tried Metamask, Rabby, Frame, Coinbase wallet, MEW. None of them work. Most of them don’t even support a custom nonce. 

We really need to do better than this

I’m pretty sure I’m getting censored by RPCs when sending replacement transactions as well on Metamask and MEW. When I send them they don’t appear on a block explorer
