For the company I want to build, I want to completely get rid of internal comms tools like Slack and build fully in open. Tossing up between Twitter and FC for this, but they both have some flaws for this use case.

do you get notified for replies in a thread you were tagged in further above?

idk what the real risks are of going fully open source are, since there aren’t really any companies doing it (that I know of)

and which software license is best for this approach?
MIT or GNU GPL

back on the topic of building in public. My thinking is to go fully open source. Any code that is written gets pushed to the monorepo and open source on github.
