It's been tough since 2020, with so many of us forced to leave home. But we're not giving up. We're getting creative! We've set up blockchain-based elections, digital IDs, and even a platform where 68,000+ of us connect for everything from medical help to job hunting.

This isn't just tech talk - it's about keeping our culture alive and our community strong, no matter where we are. We'll have some amazing speakers, including fellow Belarusians making waves in tech and politics.
