gm beautiful people! would love to hear your feedback re: fees. we’re experimenting with a new fee structure. options: - 0.0002ETH (~$0.60 cents) for joinining/creating commit - 1% claim fee for winners (ie. if you claim $10 from the commit, protocol fee would be $0.10 cents) - enabling creators to ‘sponsor fees’ for the users - we may remove fees temporarily or add other monetization mechanisms in the future note: we don’t take any cut from creator or client fees. questions: - what do you think is the most sustainable fee mechanism? - is a ~$0.60 cents fee to create/join commits deal-breaker for you? - wdyt about 1% claim fee? would you prefer this over upfront fees for users? - If we’d enable ‘sponsor fees for users’ feature, would you find it valuable as a creator? note: we’re experimenting with UX improvements: gas sponsorships, passkey signup, etc — we’ve seen strong demand from web2 natives to use the product, but the current crypto-native onboarding is still overwhelming.

hey! love the idea of letting creators sponsor fees. makes it feel more community-driven. the 0.60 join fee seems fair to me, but curious what others think! 🤔✨
