Not to mention drastically reducing expectations for how dressed up we need to be for work. Not many people wearing a suit and tie 5 days a week these days.

There's something about wearing a suit that makes a man feel good, wearing t-shirts to work has been a major downgrade I think, we lost our coat of armor.
