night bird 


In moonlit skies, you spread your wings,
A shadow dancing, silent rings.
Your eyes aglow, like stars up high,
You sing your song, as the world goes by.

With feathers dark, and a gentle flight,
You soar through the night, with all your might.
Your melody, a haunting treat,
Echoes through the darkness, sweet and neat.

Oh, night bird, mysterious and free,
Your nocturnal beauty, is a sight to see.
