One thing I’m trying to get better at this cycle is being far more efficient with my time. 

I find it’s so easy to stretch your self too thin chasing every opportunity when often 20% of the work makes up 80% of the gains.

You have to ask yourself if the extra 80% effort is worth the final 20%

i becoime way more productive when im not looking at socials mindlessly and instead use the time on socials deliberately. still its very hard thing to do.

Yeah for a while during the bear I deleted Twitter/Discord from phone and would have to physically type in twitter dot com to log into an account that followed no one. Then I'd have to manually search for the person I wanted to look at. Kinda stopped the doomscrolling period for a while.
