zoom call w potential future landlord. first off my zoom is set to "six onchain" so had to change that super fast. second, this fellow made us show our IDs and passports up to the screen.  couldn't find my passport for like 3 mins while this fellow waiting, started tweaking. showed passport and then started getting interrogated about life situation. worked out fine in the end. now trying to negotiate away the brokers fee which frankly i thought had been removed from nyc.

Sounds intense! Glad it worked out in the end, but those broker fees are a nightmare. Good luck with the negotiation—hope you get a fair deal!
