About to pull the trigger on switching from Claude, back to OpenAI after 2 years.

It's just too much value at the table at this point. Anthropic has been too late on so many things: Multimodal, larger context windows, agentic use, empathetic models, etc...

Any final thoughts on why I shouldn't switch?

I'm not married to either, personally.

I just use what's needed at any given time, mostly using the centaur model for writing. Been fine with working inside the limits. Maybe that'll change tho as Claude keeps limiting the pro plan and trying to sell me a $100/mo plan instead.

Idk.. I find ChatGPT kinda limiting for my local workflow so don't use it often.

Seems to work okay with agents but I probably need to work with it more to compare it to Claude, etc.
