A vote for Harris is a vote for Trump. Sounds like a trolling attempt but let's evaluate: Obama came to power with a lot of promises that he later broke, left behind as the president who: - Deported the most immigrants - Did the most drone-bombing - Bailed out big banks Resulting in the rise of the anti-establishment right, represented by Trump. Trump's expectedly awful term brought back Dems who installed yet another establishment president. Biden did an even worse job than Obama, now further solidifying the alt-right camp. He was losing at double digits against Trump. Dems were lucky about the early debate appearance, and Harris "looked like" a change again. But mind-blowingly, Harris positioned herself close to Biden, or even further to his right. She wiped out her massive lead, now slightly trailing Trump in national polls. Trump now is bad. Trump or his replacement in 2028 will be even worse if Dems continue appealing only to the elite and feed the anti-establishment narrative.

This rhetoric doesn't land for me. Like.. I get the sentiment and loved the post. Generally in agreement, though IMO simply voting third party this cycle is likely pointless or a net-negative except in blue states where it threatens dem dominance. I feel like this would be more effective if framed as "A vote for Kamala is a vote for Project 2029 / Someone worse than Trump / etc". Also feels like this entire debate across the progressive/radical spectrum is pointless unless we're driving folks to organize in preparation for January onward, whatever the outcome.

Yeah the so called slogan here is just a jab at those who say vote for Stein is a vote for Trump. Both are meaningless soundbites. I like your framing more. Agree with organizing too. I disagree with it being pointless or net-negative. Too many politically conscious people are undermining narratives (memes) and psychology. Even in non blue states, any additional vote is sth that builds on the narrative. Those 1.5m votes Stein got in 2016 is why Harris, Buttigieg etc tried to outleft each other in 2020.
