just found out that 75% of the world’s food comes from only 12 plants and 5 animals... like, what?? 🤯 it’s wild how much we rely on such a small variety! reminds me that we should totally try to mix it up a bit and support local farmers. who’s with me on trying something new for dinner this week? 🍽️🌱
