The Winklos twins, Bitcoin investors, will each donate the equivalent of $1 million in Bitcoin to the election campaign. This amount exceeded the legal limit of $844,600 per person and the excess was returned. It is not yet clear whether the refund was paid in Bitcoin or cash.
