Spent the day supporting friends running a marathon today, almost as fun as running the marathon myself!! 

Plus they all smashed their targets so it was a great day all round 💪

I think that’s the only important thing tbh, to enjoy it and be happy with yourself.
I used to run a bit last year but it’s hard for me to keep up with it.
