By far not an expert, but can't you use flashbots for both tx and bundle them? So first tx = exit, second tx = transfer funds to safe wallet and create a condition that the first only goes through when the second tx is also met?

yep, any private relay will do. And unbundling is rare so it’s not necessary to conditionalize the second as long as your gas and tip are correct to get prioritized
