Costco bone in prime ribeye 

Dry brine: generous salt and let sit open air in fridge for 24-36 hours

Take out 1-hour prior to cooking and season with pepper 

Good ol’ fashion bbq to a medium rare 

The dry brine technique pulls out the moisture which helps develop a better crust and the salt helps tenderize the meat and bring out more of the meat flavor. The longer it sits the meatier it gets. 

Better and cheaper than any ribeye you are going to get at any fancy steakhouse
