on scale from 1 - impossible, how doable is this and will anyone use it 😳

Extremely difficult, even with a faster runtime. 

We've been talking about what it would take to implement a Hub in Plunder. Also difficult, but not impossible. 

Would anyone use it? Idk, would you like rich, interactive, sandboxed mini-apps instead of just images in your Frames?

Impossible until Ares is released (hubs store the whole network, which is already bigger than the current ~8GB max for an Urbit ship’s state), doubtful that anyone would use it
