Several small but quietly life-altering lessons from last year:

Cut toxic people. Block, mute, ghost. This isn’t just about boundaries — it’s about peace and radiance. We’re grown. Not everyone needs to be accepted.
Stop performing. Whether I’m seen as fragile or fierce, composed or chaotic — that’s someone else’s storyline. I’m not auditioning.
Say I’m wrong. There’s something oddly euphoric about realizing I was completely off about something I used to think I’d mastered. A gentle ego death. I recommend it.
Pour into myself. Stay away from accidental entanglements — social circles or half-baked relationships. Most of the drama in 1 & 2 is avoidable.

I think I’ve finally reached the age where eat less, read more, work out more feels like a core life philosophy. xixi
