$degen should move away from the staking model and just give people an allowance based on their warpcast points the previous week. I keep upping my stake and getting less allowance. Makes me not want to use it at all

Vault is decreasing everyday, so if you hold your staking, your allowance is increasing everyday…

if you see a noticeable decrease(getting half in a few days) in your allowance it's mostly because of the three day roll over for the allowances. i.e. if you have not used your allo for three days you'll have an allo of 600(3x200) and if you tip it, you'll have an allo of 200 the next day.

yeah, and max allowance is only like 2k a day nowadays, used to be 10k

I thought the same thing. But @nounishprof proved to me that it isn't true. Also, @cashlessman.eth frame shows allo per FID, and there are people there with more than 6k allo (which would be the sum for 2k daily with 3 day rollover)

interesting, and also annoying maybe that it's not capped equally anymore (20% from 10K like with the allocation), few big stakers can claim all allowance

Sure. But they locked an insane amount of Degen (at higher prices). I had around 1.8k allo daily with 1.8M locked. So they have like 6-7M locked. And it's not like they are extracting it via mcdegen...

yeah but also if it's not used it doesn't get burned or smth so it remains in $degen teams hands, degen has to flow and be used for attention if everyone stops talking about you....
