it is present in stores now, but no. We do trick or treating, and everything else (dress up, festivities etc) in February.

no worries, my pleasure. Also, it is not uncultured. Croatia is a random EU country, I don't expect everyone to know everything about it. I don't know anything about e.g. Cameroon
