I'm a firm believer in the "if you build it, they will come" point of view. 

For CeXes, just replace the first part with "enough volume" and you never need to pay for a listing. They don't care about the fundamentals, whitepaper and whatnot. They are a business, and want those fees. Smaller CeXes profit a ton, being the first ones to list. But major ones pull in the real traffic. That may have been the gwei back in 2018-2019. The moment I saw shib listed on major CeXes, I knew where we were heading.

Fair enough. I wish I had more cojones during the Coinbase and Binance list pump and sold majority (then rebought during dump). Would have increased my Degen holdings a ton. But I'm too much of a HODLer. 

Also, I'd say three CeXes. CDC pulls a ton of traffic, even with their atrocious spread. Degen made a big move when CDC listed them. And it makes sense. Some people just want the ease of buying

yeah, id go further - only two cex listings really matter and most teams just use them to let them dump tokens off chain 

be wary, but its good for attention
