Decentralized? I started my journey in software development at the age of 13, helping numerous companies grow to their potential. Over the years, I’ve traveled across different countries, visiting companies while exploring innovative ecosystems. Then, I came across Farcaster—a platform that I believed would redefine Social-Fi. I really believed this was where a major shift was about to happen. But in the past few months, strange things have been happening—being excluded from weekly rewards, restricted access to my wallet (#warplet), Despite countries like Oman, Italy, and the Netherlands not being included in the list mentioned by @v and @dwr.eth. These actions move toward undermining decentralized principles, and ignoring them will only harm the progress that has already started. I’ll continue to introduce more people to this ecosystem. Everyone should have the chance to build on @base while contributing to the future of decentralized networks. Here’s to a brighter tomorrow! Rain 5005 $DEGEN

I mean, I can understand feeling targeted if those things happen to you personally. But IMO this is just a temporary glitch that will be resolved soon. Warplet is out for like 2 weeks in total. and V and DWR have to take into account regulatory requirements. That takes a bit of time. Patience...

But at the same time, for a truly decentralized system, things like this need to be handled in a way that reflects the core principles of decentralization

mans calls out a pattern, people say don't take it personally, man says trust the process keep building. what changes then? I have personally stopped caring about decentralization. It gets treated like an indulgence (it should be insurance, that one pays for). I still hate exclusion of humans, and still scream bloody murder over violations of self-sovereignty. The expansion of eligible rewards recipients from 1000 to 2000 accounts is clearly good. The difficulties of Turks, Nigerians, Indonesians to access crypto services are very complex. People face different hurdles in New York State, India, China. A community reveals its priorities through the choice of problems they choose to tackle.
