Can I just ask, how does the tax work with paying with Gnosis through crypto in EU? Is the tx still seen as FIAT transfer at the moment of payment?

And the individual member state will look at it through their own crypto tax laws? Most countries being in the "no tax of hodl for more than 1 or 2 years" camp
