Please no. Had a physical therapy last year (frozen shoulder, don't ask). The guy working with me told me too many horror stories about hyper mobile people. 

Basically, it's all fun and games until it isn't. If people pop out their joints every now and then (cause it's fun), it tends to fall out by itself soon enough. After the 8th/9th time (therapists words not mine), surgery is in order. Ligaments/tendon reductions and "folding" (and subsequent "firming up" of that folding) is not fun. Or painless.
