Ok, it’s funny and refreshing that I don’t see price talk on my feed but it’s also weird considering the other app talks about nothing else.

When I started working for a blockchain in 2018, I simply researched & worked all day and had tons of fun. I started looking every week or so at prices and understood much later why some of my OG colleagues never had time 😁

Keep building and pushing the space forward. Not everyone needs to do the commentary or take on a pessimistic outlook - talking to likeminded builders is great though 🙂

I'm just happy that there is no gas price talk. I was hating ETH in 2021. In memecoin/NFT spring, gas rose so much, the gas tracker site stopped counting at 1k gwei.

Exactly. Had a $200 shitcoin do a 3x in a day. Wanted to sell on Uniswap - gas was $700. Simple send tx was $200. Absurd

Good reminder how absurd Gas prices were that time. I always wondered “what happened when they went up to 300gwei+ 😂

It also reduced my activity a lot - though I had stopped farming earlier that year for other reasons.

Worst was paying more than 0.5 eth to close a position on Aave in May 2021 😅
