I made baguettes. Now, before the entirety of France comes 👨‍🍳🫴 at me, I KNOW. I KNOW. I KNOW.

They don't look or feel or taste like baguettes. I know. It was my first time making them, and I made some mistakes. I'm gonna do better next time. 

But my kids love them, and said "we can't wait until you make baguettes again, dad". So... Win.
