Korea - but we can flip to delaware c corp if needed. Most of our users are in the US tho.

That might be wise. Many (potentially most) US investors are cautious about investing in companies domiciled outside US jurisdiction. It adds significant complexity to the deal.

That makes it more difficult as well frankly. I know it’s hard, but it might be worth investing more time on raising money in Korea first. Most companies I know of do that before fully expanding into the U.S. and pursuing money from U.S. investors.
