"Privacy is necessary for an open society in the electronic age." - Cypherpunk Manifesto, 1993. They thought the fight was outside. Wrong. The final battleground is inside your skull. BCI isn't sci-fi anymore, it's the ultimate surveillance & control vector. Time to wake up. Ch2: Cognitive Sovereignty Manifesto. 👇

Web2 strip-mined your clicks for ad revenue. Pathetic. Web3 & AI giants now eye the real prize: your raw cognitive stream. Focus, emotion, attention – ready to be packaged, sold, maybe even weaponized. Cognitive enclosure isn't a future risk, it's the active agenda.

Building useful AND principled tech, per @vitalik.eth, isn't a nice-to-have when we're talking about the mind. It's the ONLY acceptable path. Anything less – any closed BCI, any opaque data protocol – is building the architecture of digital tyranny. Full stop.

Axiom 1: YOUR MIND, YOUR PROPERTY. Not debatable. Cognitive data = inherent personal territory. Centralized systems offering "access" are just digital landlords asking permission to squat in your brain. Sovereignty is the only basis for negotiation.
