Memecoins move fast, Rainbow moves faster! (🚨nerd stuff incoming, skip cast if you’re not a nerd🚨) We rearchitected the entire swap experience from the ground up to squeeze out all of the performance we could get. We built our new swaps experience using a clever combination of Reanimated and Zustand to reduce all unnecessary re-renders and achieve 60-120fps throughout the swap experience. We declared war on terrible UX in crypto years ago and the fight will never stop ✊

Intelligent default tokens means you can skip a step! Rainbow now automatically sets your input token to the token you have the most of, regardless of the chain it’s on. We also found that instead of choosing a token to dump your latest meme coin 1000x into, the majority of you just swap to ETH — Rainbow now automatically defaults swaps to output into ETH to speed things up.
