Does this clear cookies and browsing data also?

hi! that is not included currently. we don't have an option to do that easily in the app yet, but clearing local data will delete those cookies and data as well. on iOS that would be an uninstall/reinstall of Rainbow which would clear all local data on Android it would be clearing the local cache from app info Be careful clearing data! Only uninstall on iOS, on Android that can delete account data. And don't delete local storage on Android either! Make good backups before trying that!
