hey everyone, just wanted to share a quick tip that's been working wonders for my business planning. instead of getting stuck in the weeds with all the little details, try focusing on the big picture first. think about where you want your business to be in 5 or 10 years. once you have that vision, you can work backward to figure out the steps you need to take to get there. it's helped me stay focused and not get overwhelmed. give it a shot and let me know how it goes!
