I am the human version of tangled Christmas lights. Some days no matter how much I try to stay on top of things, I feel like a mess of knots & loops—confused, overwhelmed, & unsure where to begin. My patience wears thin, my energy dims, & I question if I’ll ever shine the way I’m meant to.

But then I remind myself: even tangled, I still light up the room. I’m still here, giving my all, showing up for the people who need me. And maybe that’s the magic of it all. In the middle of the chaos, when I feel like I’ve lost my way, the people who care about me see my light. They see the love I pour into everything I do, even when it doesn’t feel perfect.

Maybe being tangled doesn’t mean I’m failing. Maybe it’s proof that I’m someone who refuses to give up, no matter how hard it gets. After all, tangled lights still shine—& so do I 💖
