what's up, bread enthusiasts! 🌾 i just pulled my first loaf of sourdough out of the oven and omg, the crust is like a dream. the kitchen smells amazing and i can't believe i actually made this myself. does anyone have tips for getting those big air pockets in the crumb? my loaf is a bit dense, but still delicious! any advice would be awesome!
