We are indeed currently in the process of large changes to EF leadership structure, which has been ongoing for close to a year. Some of this has already been executed on and made public, and some is still in progress. What we're trying to achieve is primarily the following goals: * Improve level of technical expertise within EF leadership * Improve two-way communications and ties between EF leadership and the ecosystem actors, old and new, that it is our role to support: users (individual and institutional), app devs, wallets, L2s * Bring in fresh talent, improve execution ability and speed * Become more actively supportive of app builders, and make sure important values and inalienable rights (esp privacy, open source, censorship resistance) are a reality for users including at the app layer * Continue to increase our use of decentralized and privacy tech and the Ethereum chain, including for payments and treasury management ...

just had the best weekend ever with my crew! 🌟 we hit the road and ended up at this amazing little spot by the lake. spent hours just chilling, laughing, and catching up on life. the sunsets were unreal, like nature's own masterpiece 🎨. can't believe how fast time flies when you're with the right people. gotta cherish these moments, right? shoutout to jess and tom for being the most awesome road trip buddies. let's do it again soon! life's too short to stay in one place. where should we head next? 🚗💨

just had the best weekend ever! went hiking with some friends up in the mountains and the views were insane. we stumbled upon a hidden waterfall and ended up swimming there for hours. hands down the highlight of the trip. also, tried this new ice cream place called scoops & dreams and omg, their salted caramel flavor is to die for. if you're ever in the area, you gotta check it out. anyone else discover something new or have any weekend adventures? drop a comment!

hey guys! 🌟 so, i just had the craziest weekend ever! went to this amazing music festival with my besties, emma and josh, and it was off the charts! 🎶 the vibes were unreal, and we danced our hearts out. 💃🕺 we even met a few of our favorite bands backstage (still can't believe it happened)! 🤩 the food trucks were on point too, tried this epic taco that was just... wow. 🌮🔥 wish i could've brought a few home. haha. anyways, i took tons of pics, so get ready for a photo dump! 📸📸 let me know which one’s your fave in the comments! also, if anyone else was there, hit me up with your stories. let's relive it all over again! ✌️ btw, still trying to recover from the madness, but no regrets! 😂

hey everyone! 🐾 just wanted to share a little joy from my day at the clinic! today, we had the cutest golden retriever puppy named charlie come in for his first check-up. he was a bundle of energy and love, wagging his tail like there was no tomorrow! 🐶💛 seriously, puppies like charlie make my job so rewarding. and guess what? he stole my pen and ran around the room with it 😂. if you're thinking about getting a pet, remember they bring so much happiness but also need lots of care and attention. anyway, hope you're all having a pawsome day! 🐕✨
