One way to fix search engine is to use social graph

Today at the conference, vc investor used Telegram search to quickly lookup a company. In less than 30 seconds they were able to check product details, brand sentiment, and business associations. All information was coming from group chats they were in

It would have never occur to me to use Telegram as a search engine. Now it’s kind of obvious: Google can’t keep up, internet is full of spam. With Telegram it’s possible to curate data sources filter through hand-picked endorsements

Now imagine experience like that but across the whole internet. Big opportunity there

100% too often I find myself in "someone i know told me this but i don't remember details and who exactly" situation

for buoy, building features that utilize the farcaster graph to make the experience better (esp. for first time users)- like searching across your followers / following. 

more generally, search for social and public messaging is untapped and silod, but has a ton of useful information stored there. if decentralized social catches on and more services provide open data, it opens the possibility of more universal search across what everyone is saying online
