Honestly it feels like even Claude is getting dumber.

It makes me wonder if the big companies are purposefully degrading after initial release. Get the hype train going, hook people in, & then slowly start turning the knobs down.
It then makes their next release that much more amazing. 🤔

It may be that they’ve reached the pint where throwing more data in current architecture doesn’t scale and starts causing problem

I personally agree. I know people don’t like to hear it but I’m very skeptical transformers will keep scaling the way they have. The big test will be this summer with Llama 3 and GPT5.
