Week 3 on PHONE RULES.

I averaged 20 minutes daily phone screen time. But 90 out of 140 were on Saturday, so the rest of the week's average was under 10 minutes per day.

Saturday was the first real exception day. I was traveling and had to deal with flight stuff in the airport. Frontier customer support haha. Brutal.

Just checked and my screen time is on average 2hrs more than my sleep time... not ideal

Me last week. Normally it's 2x but because of ETHDenver I had a less blue light exposure 😅
