Leaf Razor looks great! The blades are incredibly cheap ($0.24 each). Are they comparable in durability compared to Wilkinson or Gillete?

Leaf works with standard safety razor blades so you can buy them from many different brands. There are cheaper ones and more expensive ones. It's better in every way than buying proprietary cartridges.
