Do not have power badge -> casts don't get engagement -> do not get power badge 

I don't see posts in my feed from lower ranking accounts so unless i search them, I cannot interact with them.

Also, is there going to be an update where refreshing shows me posts that were recently posted instead of what has engagement?

I turned on everybody feature on the notification and the inbox, and I often go to the mentioned tab of notifications and scroll through all of my casts. If I find interesting people, I like and support them, and hope their presence gets known
